As believer you only need three things to be healed and delivered

Know the truth, Faith in the truth and obey the truth - 3 things

1 John 2:26–27 These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you.

27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.

Where did sickness come from?

When sin entered so did sickness - the root of all sickness comes from sin and sin came via satan..

Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—

Sickness is a result of rebellion of man against God
Sources of sickness and infirmities and wounds: Body and soul and spirit

There is no sickness in heaven
There is was no sickness in Eden as there was no sin - when sin entered death entered and with death came all sicknesses and plagues

Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—

13But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a multitude being in that place.

15The man departed and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.

Physical - DNA and weaknesses in our bodies…

Our diet - our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit… if we know is bad or poisonous we should not eat it… to test the Lord.
