Father's Heart Online Discipleship is for believers who want to follow Jesus seriously, hear God for themselves, and walk out the calling He wrote for them before they were born.
In order to establish His Kingdom on earth we are commanded to make disciples.
The Lord has given us a very powerful and practical way we can disciple you and you can disciple others.
Matthew 28:18–20
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Father's Heart Online Discipleship is for believers who want to know their purpose and hear the Lord say well done good and faithful servant.
You are paired with a personal coach and discipler who walks with you weekly in a small online group of no more than twelve people.
The pattern follows what Jesus did with His own disciples. You bring the questions. Your discipler brings prayer, coaching, and the next step.
This works wherever you are placed. Whether you are a homemaker, business owner, farmer, doctor, lawyer, factory worker, pastor, or student, the same pattern applies.
You are equipped to do the work of the ministry right where God has planted you.

Personal Coaching for Your Calling
Your discipler walks with you as a coach. They listen, ask questions, pray with you, and help you take the next practical step in your destiny.
Some disciples are called into business or the marketplace. Others into ministry, family, healing, prophecy, prayer, or revival. Whatever the calling, the coaching helps you walk it out with clarity and see real fruit in your life, family, work, and community.
How It Works
Each week you join a one-hour discipleship meeting online. Your discipler asks questions, prays with you, answers what you bring, and helps you take the next step.
You go through the School of Ministry at your own pace. You can listen to the teachings while you drive, travel, or work around the home.
The notes and audio can be saved to your phone, tablet, or computer.
On Sundays you can join our Divine Encounter gatherings online. If there is a house church near you, you are encouraged to gather there.
If the Lord leads you to start one in your own home or workplace, we will train you to do that as well.
Who This Is For
This is for believers who want to follow Jesus, grow as a disciple, learn to disciple others, and walk in the calling God prepared for them. You should be ready to commit one year to the journey.
You should also feel a witness in your spirit that this is your spiritual home.
If you currently belong to another church, please read the information document carefully before applying. We have learned through experience that being part of two churches creates conflict between two different patterns and visions.
The Lord places each believer in one local body where they can grow and fulfil their calling.
What You Commit To
- One year of discipleship, renewed each year
- Weekly attendance at your one-hour online discipleship meeting
- Two to three hours per week working through the School of Ministry
- Beginning to disciple others as you mature in Christ
- Gathering regularly with other believers, whether by joining a house church near you, attending our Sunday Divine Encounters online, or starting a house church as the Lord leads you
There is no charge for any of this. Giving is welcome and never required.

The Free School of Ministry
Every disciple gets full access to our online School of Ministry. Twenty-four courses cover the full journey from new believer to mature disciple maker.
The teaching is the equivalent of about two and a half years of Bible school. You move at your own pace, on your phone, your computer, or while you drive or travel.

Frequently Asked Questions
A person dedicated to following Jesus, fulfilling their God given calling, and making disciples themselves.
No. The training has courses for new believers and for mature believers. You begin where you are.
A ± 1 hour once a week online meeting with a Discipler who disciples a group of maximum 12 participants.
This limit of 12 keeps it personal and powerful. Jesus had only 12 disciples for a reason.
Attendance and participation in the online discipleship is essential in order to be found competent and receive certification for our courses.
If you live in another time zone, then that should not be a problem as the Lord is raising up disciplers who will be holding their discipleship online meetings on different days and at different times.
We are trusting the Lord to make a way for every believer who wants to be discipled to be matched with a discipler and team, no matter where they live and what time zone they are in.
If you apply and there is no time that fits in your schedule, then we as a ministry will ask the Lord to raise up someone who has been trained to disciple you and others that would be able to fit in a weekly disciple call at that time.

Yes. The Great Commission is given to every believer, including those in business, farming, the trades, healthcare, education, and the marketplace. Your discipler coaches you to fulfil your calling right where you are.
No. We show you a simple, practical pattern that any believer can follow. You can begin to disciple others within six months of starting, often sooner.
If you sense the Lord placing you in this house, then yes. Belonging to two churches creates competing demands. If you are not sure where the Lord is placing you, ask Him. You are welcome to attend our open gatherings and use our free training while you wait on Him.
The Discipler is there to come along side and support you in your ministry according to Ephesians 4:11-12 (“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,” NKJV)
The Discipler is there to answer your questions and coach you towards accomplishing God’s plan for your life.
The Discipler is available to you directly for prayer, one on one counselling and deliverance.
We will accept applications from anywhere in the world, as long as they want to follow Jesus are prepared to make disciples.
Each disciple needs to attend a weekly Divine Encounter Gathering if there is a house Church in your area.
Each disciple will be trained and equipped to start a house church in their home of office.
If there is no house church having Divine Encounters in your area, then once you are being discipled we can assist you to start a house church that is a team you disciple online in your vicinity and who are able to join you for weekly Divine Encounters at your home or office.
This question addresses the fact that many believers who apply to be discipled with our ministry are in different cities, provinces, states or even nations to the one who will be discipling them online over Skype.
What is the solution for this?
Our primary mandate from Scripture is to make disciples who are set in and form part of a local church which intern forms part of a House made up of many house churches.
When there is no fellowship / house church gathering near you then we will help you to grow to a place where we show you a simple step by step way to start a house church in your home or office. This can take a few months and you will be personally guided and trained exactly how to start a fellowship in your own home.
You do not have to be qualified or a pastor or have degree etc. This is how it worked in the Book of Acts, they simply gathered from house to house.
Hebrews 10:24–25 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. We are commanded by the Lord to not forsake the assembling / gathering of the saints.
This is a key pillar to the Lord House and is essential for your maturity and destiny to be fulfilled.
Starting a house church in your home or office:
To start a house church, is as simple as gathering with two or more believers on a regular basis. As they feel led to gather as one fellowship to pursue the Lord and build His Kingdom.
The Lord will lead you to these other believers who are ready to follow Jesus in a team setting forming a local house church.
Once you do this on a regular basis the church has been started by the Lord Jesus Himself in and through you. As Jesus says in Matthew 18:20 “For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”
When we gather like this as a house church we call these gatherings Divine Encounters.
We will show you step by step how to facilitate Divine Encounters in your home or office. It is very simple to facilitate these and very powerful as these times are when you will encounter the Lord corporately and be able to truly fellowship and break bread with each other. As you and the other one or two believers gather faithfully, the Lord will add to you as you follow Him.
Now anyone that you lead to Him you can invite to the house Church gathering.
No. The discipleship and the School of Ministry are free. If you sense the Lord leading you to support your discipler or this ministry, that giving is welcomed.
No. Some disciples join a house church already running in their area. Others sense the Lord leading them to start one in their own home or workplace. We train and equip you either way and walk with you as you discern what He is asking.
You can join us online for our Sunday Divine Encounter gatherings while you grow. If the Lord places it on your heart to start a house church in your own home or workplace, we will train you step by step. Two or three gathered in His name is a church.
One year, renewable. If the Lord leads you elsewhere before then, we release you with a blessing.
